
The Deputy of Hub Operation is responsible for supporting the Head of Hub in managing daily hub operations. This role plays a crucial part in ensuring efficiency, service quality, and continuous improvement across logistics processes.
In this role, you will oversee the daily operations of the hub, ensuring that all logistics processes run smoothly and efficiently. You will lead a team and collaborate with various departments to enhance operational performance and compliance with safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or related field.
Minimum 5–8 years of experience in logistics, warehouse, or hub operations.
At least 3 years in a leadership/management role.
Strong knowledge of hub operations, distribution, and last-mile processes.
Experience in process improvement/automation initiatives is an added advantage.
Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Able to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
Willing to work on shifts, weekends, or public holidays if required.
