Job Description
Support the Head of Hub in managing daily hub operations, ensuring efficiency, service quality, and continuous improvement across logistics processes. Key responsibilities include overseeing end-to-end hub operations, monitoring operational performance, leading the operations team, ensuring compliance with safety standards, identifying process gaps, managing manpower planning, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or related field
Minimum 5–8 years of experience in logistics, warehouse, or hub operations
At least 3 years in a leadership/management role
Strong knowledge of hub operations, distribution, and last-mile processes
Experience in process improvement / automation initiatives is an added advantage
Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
Able to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
Willing to work on shifts, weekends, or public holidays if required
