Job Description

As a Design Engineer at CHING ELECTRIC & ENGINEERING SDN. BHD., you will engage in the daily tasks of RTL integration and circuit design within a dynamic team environment. Your contributions will be pivotal in delivering innovative solutions in the field of electrical engineering.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Craft high-quality RTL code using Verilog/VHDL.
  • Own RTL integration, including coding and checkers.
  • Create SDCs and timing collaterals for designs.
  • Run Static Timing Analysis (STA) to meet performance targets.
  • Perform linting and CDC checks on designs.
  • Integrate circuits into larger systems effectively.
  • Collaborate on testing and release processes to ensure quality.

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s/Master’s in Electrical or Computer Engineering or related courses.

Minimum 2 years related experience with a strong foundation in digital circuit design.

Proficient in Verilog/VHDL with exposure to verification tools.

Knowledge of STA and timing analysis methods.

Scripting know-how (Python, Perl, etc.).

Problem-solver with a sharp analytical mindset.

A team player who can also work independently.
