Job Description
As a Design Engineer at CHING ELECTRIC & ENGINEERING SDN. BHD., you will craft high-quality RTL code (Verilog/VHDL) that powers cutting-edge SoCs. You will own RTL integration, including coding, checkers, SDC, timing collaterals, and routing channel design. Your responsibilities will also include running Static Timing Analysis (STA) to ensure designs meet performance targets, creating SDCs, performing linting & CDC checks, and integrating circuits into larger systems. Collaboration on testing and release will be key to delivering production-ready designs.
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s/Master’s in Electrical or Computer Engineering or related courses
Minimum 2 years related experience with strong foundation in digital circuit design
Proficient in Verilog/VHDL + exposure to verification tools
Knowledge of STA and timing analysis methods
Scripting know-how (Python, Perl, etc.)
Problem-solver with a sharp analytical mindset
A team player who can also work independently
