As a Design Engineering Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that all designs and molds meet or exceed client requirements, quality standards, and industry regulations. Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in design engineering, with progressively increasing responsibilities.
Previous experience in a leadership or managerial role, overseeing design engineering teams and projects.
Proficiency in CAD (Computer-Aided Design) software such as SolidWorks and AutoCAD.
Exceptional leadership and managerial skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team of engineers.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify root causes of issues and develop effective solutions.
