The Digital Marketing & Engagement Executive is responsible for designing and implementing digital marketing strategies that align with sales and marketing objectives. This role involves driving lead generation and customer acquisition through various channels such as SEO, SEM, paid media, content marketing, and social media. Additionally, the executive plans, executes, and optimizes multi-channel marketing campaigns to maximize reach, engagement, and return on investment.
Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Advertising/Media, Mass Communications, or related field.
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in digital marketing or related roles.
Proficiency in languages (written and spoken), as would need to do content translation to our chinese-speaking markets.
Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools, ad platforms, and current industry trends.
Hands-on experience with SEO, SEM, and social media campaign management.
Proven ability to plan, build, and optimize digital campaigns.
Excellent organizational, project management, and communication skills.
Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work both independently and collaboratively.
Strong sense of accountability with the ability to take initiative and deliver results.
