As the Digital Marketing Lead, you will develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aimed at enhancing customer acquisition and driving revenue growth. Your role involves managing and optimizing paid media campaigns across platforms like Meta Ads and Google Ads, creating compelling content, and continuously testing campaigns to improve performance metrics. You will analyze data to uncover insights for growth, design effective marketing funnels, and collaborate with internal teams to align on campaign objectives. Ultimately, you will be accountable for driving online sales performance.
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in digital marketing, focusing on performance marketing and conversion
Proven track record in managing paid advertising campaigns with measurable results
Hands-on experience with Meta Ads and Google Ads
Strong ability to develop high-converting content
Solid understanding of marketing funnels and conversion optimization
Data-driven mindset with analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and manage end-to-end campaigns
