The incumbent will handle client relationships, develop and supervise digital marketing strategies across platforms like social media, search engines, and websites, and monitor campaign performance to achieve set goals. Insights from data will be used to optimize campaign performance and resource allocation. The role requires collaboration with internal teams to generate leads, improve online platforms, and enhance user experiences. Strong analytical skills are needed to assess campaign success and brand development, using social media analytics tools to track key performance indicators. Staying updated on industry trends and competitors and focusing on performance-driven strategies for optimal results are also key duties.
Requires a minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a digital agency or a similar field.
Proficiency with various paid digital platforms including Google, Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, and Youtube.
Capable of conducting digital marketing effectiveness analysis.
Skilled in analytical thinking and optimizing digital marketing campaigns with a focus on performance and ROI.
Thorough understanding of current online marketing strategies, concepts, and best practices.
Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities.
Strong interpersonal skills.
Positive attitude with a preference for transparency and openness.
Creative, data-driven, and results-oriented.
Effective team player who can also work independently with minimal supervision and support team members as needed.
Advantage: Prior experience utilizing Google Analytics or other similar analytics tools.
