As the Director of Finance at The Nautilus Resort Langkawi, Curio Collection by Hilton, you will be responsible for the overall management of the hotel's accounting records and financial reports. Your role will ensure compliance with company, owner, statutory, and fiscal requirements while delivering memorable experiences for every guest. You will oversee financial operations, planning, and analysis, serving as the primary financial advisor to hotel management and department heads.

Job Requirements

University degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field

Minimum 10 years’ experience in hotel finance, including 3+ years in a leadership role

Professional accounting qualification preferred

Fluent in English (written and spoken)

Proficient in hotel systems such as OnQ, Check SCM, SUN, OPERA/OnQ PMS, MICROS, HRLINK

Strong skills in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

Deep understanding of financial controls, compliance, and reporting standards

Proven ability to lead teams and collaborate across departments
