The Documentation Manager is responsible for overseeing the entire operations of the Documentation Department for both Import and Export of the organization. This role involves planning, managing, and coaching a team to achieve organizational objectives related to documentation operations.

In this role, you will engage in day-to-day management of the documentation processes, ensuring efficiency and compliance within the department. You will work closely with your team to analyze operations and prepare reports for management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the operations of the Documentation Department for Import and Export.
• Plan and manage a team within the documentation department.
• Coach team members to enhance their skills and performance.
• Establish and review organizational objectives related to documentation operations.
• Analyze and prepare monthly reports as required by management or principal office.
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
• Perform any other tasks assigned by superior or management.
