
The Documentation Manager will lead the Documentation Department, ensuring efficient operations for import and export processes. This role involves team management, setting objectives, and reporting to senior management.
Oversee the entire operations of the Documentation Department for both Import and Export of the organization. Plan, manage and coach a team within the documentation department. Establish, review and achieve organizational objectives relating to documentation operations. Analyze and prepare monthly reports as required by management or principal office. Any other task assigned by superior or management.
Diploma or higher in Logistics, Business Studies, Maritime Studies, or equivalent
8-10 years of experience in shipping documentation
Fluent in English, both written and spoken
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Adaptable to new processes and systems
Experience managing a team of more than 10 people
