Job Description
As a Dormitory Life Mentor, you will plan, provide, and deliver engaging and effective lessons to meet the UEC curriculum needs. You will actively interact with students, offering guidance and support in their learning while ensuring a positive dormitory environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement engaging lesson plans for students.
- Provide mentorship and support to students in their academic and personal growth.
- Foster a positive and conducive living environment in the dormitory.
- Organize and facilitate extracurricular activities to enrich student experiences.
- Encourage the development of social and leadership skills among students.
- Monitor student progress and provide feedback to enhance their learning.
- Collaborate with other staff members to ensure a holistic approach to student development.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
Experience in teaching or mentoring students
Strong communication skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a team
Caring and patient demeanor
High organizational skills
Knowledge of the UEC curriculum
