As an E-commerce Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the accurate processing of payroll information and transactions. This includes managing updates for allowances, statutory contributions, increments, bonuses, and other benefits. You will ensure compliance with company policies and statutory requirements while collaborating with various departments to streamline processes. Your role will also involve analyzing payroll data to identify trends and areas for improvement, ensuring that all employees are compensated accurately and on time, thereby supporting overall business operations.
Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Human Resource Management, or a related field
Strong understanding of payroll processes and statutory requirements
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data processing
Ability to analyze payroll data and generate reports
Proficient in using payroll software and Microsoft Office Suite
Strong organizational and time management skills
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
