The E-commerce Purchasing Executive (Mandarin Speaker) is responsible for procurement and supply chain management. This role plays a crucial part in ensuring efficient order processing and logistics coordination within the e-commerce environment.

In this position, you will manage daily procurement activities, including order management and logistics tracking. You will work closely with suppliers and maintain accurate documentation to support the supply chain process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create precise procurement plans based on daily orders.
• Manage orders via Taobao and designated suppliers.
• Track logistics until delivery is completed.
• Coordinate inventory and handle order anomalies.
• Maintain communication with domestic suppliers.
• Manage procurement documentation effectively.
• Oversee order operations and settlement tasks such as invoicing and payment collection.
• Maintain ERP and backend order systems to update shipment tracking details.
