The E-commerce Purchasing Executive (Mandarin Speaker) is responsible for procurement and supply chain management, including creating precise procurement plans based on daily orders, managing orders via Taobao and designated suppliers, and tracking logistics until delivery. This role involves coordinating inventory, handling order anomalies, maintaining communication with domestic suppliers, and managing procurement documentation. Additionally, the role covers order operations and settlement tasks such as invoicing, payment collection, and maintaining ERP and backend order systems to update shipment tracking details.
Diploma or higher education qualification.
Proficient in Mandarin with the ability to communicate effectively with Chinese suppliers via WeChat in reading, writing, and speaking.
Good command of English to independently handle business emails and prepare documents such as invoices.
1-3 years of experience in cross-border e-commerce, purchasing/merchandising, or supply chain assistant roles.
Familiarity with Taobao/Tmall purchasing processes.
Experience with ERP systems is preferred.
Familiarity with the ACG (Anime, Comic, and Games) or anime merchandise industry is a plus.
