Job Description
In this position, you will manage daily procurement activities, including order management and logistics tracking. You will work closely with suppliers and maintain accurate documentation to support the supply chain process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create precise procurement plans based on daily orders.
- Manage orders via Taobao and designated suppliers.
- Track logistics until delivery is completed.
- Coordinate inventory and handle order anomalies.
- Maintain communication with domestic suppliers.
- Manage procurement documentation effectively.
- Oversee order operations and settlement tasks such as invoicing and payment collection.
- Maintain ERP and backend order systems to update shipment tracking details.
Job Requirements
Diploma or higher education qualification.
Proficient in Mandarin with effective communication skills in reading, writing, and speaking.
Good command of English for handling business emails and preparing documents.
1-3 years of experience in cross-border e-commerce, purchasing/merchandising, or supply chain assistant roles.
Familiarity with Taobao/Tmall purchasing processes.
Experience with ERP systems is preferred.
Familiarity with the ACG (Anime, Comic, and Games) or anime merchandise industry is a plus.
