This role involves maintaining and updating product listings, executing campaigns and promotions, monitoring order flow, tracking performance metrics, and collaborating with marketing and creative teams to prepare campaign materials. Familiarity with platforms such as WooCommerce, Shopee, and Lazada is essential.
1–3 years experience in e-commerce operations, digital marketing, or a related role.
Familiar with Shopee, Lazada, Shopify, WooCommerce, and TikTok Shop backends.
Good understanding of key e-commerce metrics and how to optimize them.
Comfortable using Excel, Google Sheets, Google Analytics, Meta Ads, and basic design tools like Canva or Adobe Suites.
Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
