Job Description
As an EHS Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with environmental, health, and safety regulations at our Air Keroh Melaka facility. Your role will involve conducting risk assessments, developing safety protocols, and implementing training programs for staff. You will also monitor workplace conditions, investigate incidents, and collaborate with various departments to promote a culture of safety and environmental stewardship. Your expertise will be vital in maintaining a safe work environment and minimizing environmental impact, ensuring that both employee welfare and regulatory standards are upheld.
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Environmental Science, Occupational Safety & Health, Engineering, or related field.
Strong understanding of EHS regulations and compliance standards.
Experience in conducting risk assessments and safety audits.
Ability to develop and implement safety training programs.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in data analysis and reporting.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
