The Engineer is responsible for overseeing various engineering processes within the organization. This role involves working in a dynamic manufacturing environment, contributing to projects across multiple departments such as SMT Process, Quality, and R&D Mechanical.
Job Description
In this full-time permanent position at V.S. Industry Berhad, you will engage in day-to-day activities that include defining process flows and managing product quality. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and design mechanical parts while providing technical support in manufacturing processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define process flows for manufacturing operations.
- Develop and implement work instructions for various engineering processes.
- Manage product quality and ensure compliance with standards.
- Coordinate and oversee engineering projects from inception to completion.
- Troubleshoot issues in manufacturing processes and provide solutions.
- Design mechanical parts and components as required.
- Provide technical support to manufacturing teams and assist in training.
Job Requirements
Candidate must possess at least a Degree in Manufacturing, Mechanical, Mechatronic Engineering or any equivalent.
At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
