Job Description

The Event Coordinator role is a full-time, on-site position based in WP, Kuala Lumpur. The role involves coordinating and managing end-to-end event planning and execution, including liaising with clients and vendors to ensure smooth operations. The Event Coordinator will handle event logistics, budgeting, and scheduling, while also contributing creative ideas to improve the overall event experience. This position requires collaboration with a dynamic team to deliver high-quality events for a diverse range of clients.

Job Requirements

Ability to manage logistics, multitask, and meet deadlines in event planning and project management.

Strong communication, negotiation, and client relationship management skills.

Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.

Familiarity with budget management and resource allocation.

Proficiency in Canva, event management software, and Microsoft Office tools.

Highly organized, proactive, and adaptable to a fast-paced environment.

Preferably holds a Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing or a related field.

Experience in the events or hospitality industry is an added advantage.
