
The Event Coordinator is responsible for managing and executing events from start to finish. This role involves collaborating with clients and vendors to ensure seamless operations and delivering high-quality experiences for a diverse clientele.
The Event Coordinator role is a full-time, on-site position based in WP, Kuala Lumpur. The day-to-day work involves coordinating logistics, budgeting, and scheduling while contributing creative ideas to enhance event experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field.
Experience in the events or hospitality industry is an added advantage.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to manage logistics and multitask effectively.
Highly organized and proactive in a fast-paced environment.
