Job Description

The Event Coordinator role is a full-time, on-site position based in WP, Kuala Lumpur. The day-to-day work involves coordinating logistics, budgeting, and scheduling while contributing creative ideas to enhance event experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and manage end-to-end event planning and execution.
  • Liaise with clients and vendors to ensure smooth operations.
  • Handle event logistics, including venue selection and setup.
  • Manage budgeting and resource allocation for events.
  • Develop and implement event schedules and timelines.
  • Collaborate with a dynamic team to deliver high-quality events.
  • Contribute creative ideas to improve overall event experiences.

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field.

Experience in the events or hospitality industry is an added advantage.

Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Ability to manage logistics and multitask effectively.

Highly organized and proactive in a fast-paced environment.
