The Event Marketing Coordinator is responsible for assisting with the planning and execution of events, as well as supporting marketing initiatives and managing client relations. The coordinator will handle multiple small projects and work in a dynamic environment.
Hold a Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Event Management, Communications, Business, or a similar discipline.
Have 1–3 years of relevant work experience in events, marketing, sales support, or customer-facing positions.
Have excellent communication and interpersonal abilities and be skilled at engaging with clients and partners.
Possess strong organizational capabilities with the ability to multitask and manage deadlines.
Have fundamental knowledge of marketing materials, social media platforms, and event management processes.
Be able to work on select weekends or evenings depending on event timelines with replacement days off offered.
Be competent in MS Office / Google Workspace including Slides, Docs, and Sheets.
Have experience in managing vendors, obtaining quotations, or coordinating event logistics.
Have basic proficiency in Canva or straightforward content generation.
Be capable of working independently in a dynamic, fast-paced setting.
Have enthusiasm for events, marketing, and delivering excellent client service.
