As the Executive Assistant to the Chairman, you will support strategic management and operational execution. This role involves assisting the Director in translating strategic vision into actionable plans, coordinating with department heads, preparing reports and presentations, and managing the Director's calendar. You will also facilitate communication between the Director and senior stakeholders, monitor project progress, and identify business growth opportunities. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and handles confidential matters with professionalism.
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Management or related field
5 – 10 years working experience in corporate planning, consulting, or executive office roles
Strong understanding of business operations and strategy
Excellent communication and coordination skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
High level of professionalism, integrity, and discretion
Fluent in English, Malay, and Mandarin
Willing to travel when required
