Pullman Kuching, located in the heart of the Kuching Golden Triangle, is seeking an Executive Housekeeper to lead and manage all housekeeping operations. This role is crucial in ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and guest comfort throughout the hotel. The Executive Housekeeper will oversee the maintenance of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house facilities, ensuring compliance with Pullman brand standards and safety regulations.
Job Requirements
Diploma / Degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred.
Minimum 5–8 years housekeeping experience in hotels, with at least 2–3 years in a leadership role.
Strong knowledge of housekeeping operations, laundry systems, and hotel PMS coordination.
Good leadership, planning, and interpersonal skills.
