The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing procurement operations, negotiating with suppliers, analysing procurement data, and sourcing high-quality products and services. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Power BI and strong analytical skills are essential for this role. The Executive will oversee end-to-end procurement operations, ensuring timely and cost-effective acquisition of goods and services while developing and implementing procurement strategies to optimise supply chain efficiency.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
3 to 5 years of experience in procurement or a related field.
Certification in procurement or supply chain management (e.g., CIPS, CPSM) will be an added advantage.
Strong negotiation skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships with suppliers.
Excellent analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Experience in sourcing and supplier evaluation.
Strong organisational and time management skills.
Able to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
