Pullman Kuching is a premier hotel located in the heart of Kuching, offering stunning views and modern amenities. As the first Pullman hotel in the city, it provides a vibrant atmosphere with spacious rooms and excellent facilities for both business and leisure guests.
The F&B Supervisor will support daily operations of the assigned outlet, ensuring high standards of food and beverage service and a positive guest experience. This role involves supervising the team, conducting briefings, monitoring service quality, and maintaining compliance with hotel standards.
Job Requirements
Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Food & Beverage operations.
Previous supervisory experience in a hotel or restaurant is preferred.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong customer service and team leadership skills.
Able to work in a fast-paced environment and handle operational challenges.
Positive, responsible and hands-on attitude.
Willing to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.
