The Finance Executive is responsible for managing full sets of accounts and daily financial transactions. This role plays a crucial part in ensuring accurate financial operations within the funeral service industry, while also providing flexibility through a hybrid work arrangement.
Job Description
In this role, you will manage daily financial transactions and maintain full sets of accounts while utilizing the E-Invoicing (LHDN system) accurately. You will prepare financial reports, payment vouchers, and bank reconciliations, while also monitoring cash flow and budgeting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage full sets of accounts and daily financial transactions.
- Operate the E-Invoicing (LHDN system) accurately.
- Prepare financial reports and payment vouchers.
- Conduct bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow.
- Assist in budgeting and expense control.
- Liaise directly with the Managing Director for financial planning.
- Attend occasional meetings with management for updates.
Job Requirements
Proficient in Mandarin (spoken & written).
Experience in E-Invoicing operations.
Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Strong sense of responsibility, independence, and accuracy.
Ability to work efficiently in a remote/hybrid environment.
