Job Description

The Finance Executive role involves managing full sets of accounts and daily financial transactions while operating the E-Invoicing (LHDN system) accurately. The position includes preparing financial reports, payment vouchers, bank reconciliations, and monitoring cash flow, budgeting, and expense control. The role requires liaising directly with the Managing Director for financial planning and updates and attending occasional meetings with management. This is a full-time role with a flexible hybrid work-from-home arrangement in the funeral service industry.

Job Requirements

Must be proficient in Mandarin (spoken & written) due to the nature of the business.

Experience in E-Invoicing operations is required.

Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

Strong sense of responsibility, independence, and accuracy.

Able to work efficiently in a remote/hybrid environment.
