Finance Intern (6 Months Minimum) at iWISERS - Selangor

The Finance Intern is responsible for supporting the finance department in various tasks. This role provides an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in finance operations and contribute to the overall efficiency of the team.

The intern will engage in day-to-day finance activities, working closely with the finance team to ensure smooth operations. The role involves a variety of tasks that will enhance the intern's understanding of financial processes and client interactions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable processes.
• Conduct data entry and maintain accurate filing systems.
• Support taxation and audit activities as required.
• Liaise with clients regarding payments and invoicing.
• Conduct research on business funds and financial registries.
• Build and update tracksheets and financial records.
• Manage monthly reconciliation using Quickbooks.
• Assist with procurement processes and maintain weekly financial records.
• Handle confidential information with integrity.
• Take on additional finance and administrative tasks as assigned.
