Financial Analyst – Ecolab Services Malaysia Sdn. Bhd.

The Financial Analyst is responsible for analyzing business performance and managing commission calculations across all business units. This role involves collaboration with various teams to ensure accurate financial reporting and support for sales incentive plans.

As a Financial Analyst, you will engage in daily analysis of business performance and work closely with accounting teams to ensure accurate financial data. You will also support HR in reviewing sales incentive plans and maintain a new sales incentive tool.
