Job Description
As a Financial Analyst, you will engage in daily analysis of business performance and work closely with accounting teams to ensure accurate financial data. You will also support HR in reviewing sales incentive plans and maintain a new sales incentive tool.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze business performance metrics to provide insights.
- Manage commission calculations across all business units.
- Collaborate with accounting teams for accurate balance sheet accruals.
- Support HR in reviewing and optimizing sales incentive plans.
- Maintain and enhance a new sales incentive tool.
- Perform simulations of commission payouts to assess financial impact.
- Conduct sales productivity analyses to identify trends and opportunities.
- Ensure accurate mapping of customer-to-sales hierarchy.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
Proven experience in financial analysis or related roles
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in Excel and financial modeling
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
Experience with sales incentive plans is a plus
