As a Financial Analyst, you will analyze business performance and manage commission calculations across all business units. Your role involves collaborating with accounting teams for accurate balance sheet accruals, supporting HR in reviewing sales incentive plans, and maintaining a new sales incentive tool. Additionally, you will perform simulations of commission payouts, conduct sales productivity analyses, and ensure accurate customer-to-sales hierarchy mapping. Your contributions will assist in the annual budgeting process and advocate for fair practices within the organization.
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
Proven experience in financial analysis or related roles
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in Excel and financial modeling
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Experience with sales incentive plans is a plus
