As a Food & Beverage Captain, you will assist in developing, planning, and implementing service standards in the restaurant. Your role includes maintaining comprehensive knowledge of the restaurant's features, services, rates, and promotions, while actively participating in communication meetings with the restaurant and F&B teams. You will also be responsible for greeting guests, checking customer satisfaction, taking orders, and addressing any guest concerns promptly.

In addition to guest interactions, you will analyze restaurant revenue trends, assist in outlet training, and maintain professionalism and strong relationships with both internal and external guests. Your responsibilities will also include maintaining equipment and supplies, as well as establishing proper feedback and reporting lines within the hierarchy of the department.
