
The Fundraising Officer is responsible for developing and implementing fundraising strategies to support the organization's mission. This role plays a crucial part in engaging with donors and stakeholders to secure financial support and enhance community involvement.
The Fundraising Officer will work closely with a small team to plan and execute fundraising campaigns, manage donor relationships, and track fundraising progress. This position requires collaboration with various departments to ensure alignment with the organization's goals and objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
Minimum 1 year of experience in fundraising or related roles.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in English; knowledge of Malay is an advantage.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
