Job Description

The Fundraising Officer will work closely with a small team dedicated to enhancing the organization's fundraising efforts. Daily tasks include researching potential donors, crafting proposals, and coordinating fundraising events to maximize contributions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement fundraising strategies to meet financial targets.
  • Research and identify potential donors and funding opportunities.
  • Prepare and submit grant proposals and funding applications.
  • Organize and coordinate fundraising events and campaigns.
  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with donors and stakeholders.
  • Monitor and report on fundraising progress and outcomes.
  • Collaborate with team members to enhance fundraising initiatives.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

Minimum of 1 year of experience in fundraising or related roles.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Proficiency in English; knowledge of Malay is a plus.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Strong organizational and time management skills.
