
The Fundraising Officer is responsible for developing and implementing fundraising strategies to support the organization's financial goals. This role plays a crucial part in engaging with donors and stakeholders to secure funding and resources for various initiatives.
The Fundraising Officer will work closely with a small team dedicated to enhancing the organization's fundraising efforts. Daily tasks include researching potential donors, crafting proposals, and coordinating fundraising events to maximize contributions.
Key Responsibilities:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
Minimum of 1 year of experience in fundraising or related roles.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in English; knowledge of Malay is a plus.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
