Job Description
As a Game Master, you will be involved in the daily operations of a game or immersive theatre venue, ensuring that all aspects of the game experience are executed smoothly and efficiently. You will engage with customers, provide assistance, and maintain a clean and safe environment for all participants.
Key Responsibilities:
- Set up and reset game rooms for optimal customer experience.
- Conduct daily game testing to ensure quality and engagement.
- Assist customers enthusiastically throughout their game experience.
- Provide hints and support to enhance gameplay.
- Monitor safety protocols and maintain cleanliness in the venue.
- Engage in immersive acting and reset theatre grounds for sessions.
- Ensure sessions run safely according to standard operating procedures.
- Perform other assigned duties while being punctual and responsible.
