The role of Game Master involves managing game or immersive theatre venues either by setting up and resetting game rooms and assisting customers or by engaging in immersive acting. The position requires maintaining safety, cleanliness, and adherence to standard operating procedures while providing customer service. The role can be performed full-time or part-time with specific commitment durations and may require performing experience for acting positions.
This role involves being a Game Master in either a non-acting or acting capacity at a game or immersive theatre venue. Non-acting Game Masters are responsible for setting up and resetting game rooms, conducting daily game testing, assisting customers enthusiastically through their game experience, providing hints, ensuring cleanliness, monitoring safety, and delivering excellent customer service. Acting Game Masters engage in immersive acting, reset theatre grounds, ensure sessions run safely according to SOP, maintain cleanliness and order, and perform other assigned duties while being punctual.

4-5 working days per week (including at least 1 weekend).
Full Time: Minimum 1 year commitment (as this position is contract based).
Part Time: Minimum 4 months commitment (as this position is contract based).
Additional requirement for Acting role: Have performing experience.
