Significant experience delivering Total Rewards or People Operations services within a shared services or global delivery model
Strong understanding of reward and benefit administration across different regions

Experience working with HR or HCM systems and partnering with technology teams
Confidence in decision-making and ownership of processes
Strong stakeholder engagement skills and clear communication with senior partners
A people-centric mindset with attention to detail and a passion for improving colleague experience
