Job Description
The job requires creating initial design concepts, mood boards, and 3D visualizations for client presentations. It includes preparing detailed floor plans and specifications using design software such as AutoCAD or SketchUp, coordinating with contractors, vendors, and architects, and overseeing on-site installations to ensure accurate execution of designs. Expertise in layout, color, lighting, materials selection, custom furniture, and installations is necessary.
Job Requirements
A bachelor's degree in Interior Design is often preferred, but related degrees or diplomas may be considered.
Proven work experience in a variety of interior spaces is important, demonstrated through a strong portfolio of previous work.
Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, or Revit.
Preference Chinese & Indian Candidate.
