Swarovski is seeking a Group Controller to join our innovative team in Bandar Bayan Baru, Penang. This role is an individual contributor position with significant visibility and strategic impact, allowing you to partner closely with senior stakeholders and influence business decisions. You will be responsible for financial planning, performance analysis, and cost management, ensuring transparency and accountability across geographical markets.
In this role, you will collaborate with the headquarters team in Switzerland to support strategic decision-making, review financial reporting, and perform ad hoc analyses for senior management. You will also oversee the central controlling view of the P&L and support supply chain controlling activities to identify efficiency opportunities.
