Job Requirements
Active role in resolving maintenance issues for guest and associate areas
Proper handling and maintenance of all power tools
Submitting requests for parts and consumables to the Lead Host – Engineering
Ensuring cleanliness of work areas and protecting surroundings during duties
Implementing effective energy conservation measures
Timely completion of work orders and preventive maintenance tasks
Assisting other Hosts with duties throughout the hotel when requested
Additional specialist skills are an advantage
