Job Description
The Head of Treasury is responsible for leading and managing the Group's treasury function, ensuring optimal liquidity, capital structure, funding strategies, cash flow management, financial risk mitigation, banking relationships, and treasury governance. This role is critical in supporting the Group's business growth while maintaining financial stability and regulatory compliance.
The incumbent will collaborate with senior management, financial institutions, regulators, and internal stakeholders to develop and execute treasury strategies that enhance shareholder value and support the Group's long-term growth objectives.
