This role is an HR Intern position within a dynamic team focused on improving employee experiences and leveraging AI to enhance HR processes. The position is based in the Penang office with various amenities.
The HR Intern will assist in administering the offer process, preparing offer letters, facilitating new hire paperwork, and ensuring compliance with company policies. The role includes providing onboarding support, conducting orientation sessions, maintaining HRMS data, and participating in projects to streamline HR processes with a focus on AI integration. The position is part of a team aimed at delivering exceptional internal customer experiences through technology and innovation, located in Penang with convenient access and on-site facilities.
Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
Strong interest in HR and a passion for leveraging AI to enhance HR processes.
High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
Strong team player with interpersonal skills to work effectively in a cross-functional environment.
Proficient in verbal, reading, and writing skills in English, Chinese, Malay, and Thai (for supporting Thai-speaking employees).
Able to commit to a 6-month internship program.
