
The HR Intern is responsible for supporting the HR Shared Services team in various administrative tasks. This role provides an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in HR processes while contributing to the integration of technology and innovation within the department.
The HR Intern will engage in daily activities that include administering the offer process, preparing offer letters, and facilitating new hire paperwork. The work environment is collaborative, focusing on delivering exceptional internal customer experiences through technology and innovation.
Key Responsibilities:
Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
Strong interest in HR and AI integration.
High attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality.
Proficient in English, Chinese, Malay, and Thai.
