Role Summary

The HR Intern is responsible for supporting the HR Shared Services team in various administrative tasks. This role provides an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in HR processes while contributing to the integration of technology and innovation within the department.

Job Description

The HR Intern will engage in daily activities that include administering the offer process, preparing offer letters, and facilitating new hire paperwork. The work environment is collaborative, focusing on delivering exceptional internal customer experiences through technology and innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in administering the offer process.
  • Prepare offer letters for new hires.
  • Facilitate new hire paperwork and onboarding support.
  • Conduct orientation sessions for new employees.
  • Maintain HRMS data accuracy and integrity.
  • Participate in projects aimed at streamlining HR processes.
  • Support the integration of AI in HR functions.

Job Requirements

Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).

Strong interest in HR and AI integration.

High attention to detail and organizational skills.

Ability to maintain confidentiality.

Proficient in English, Chinese, Malay, and Thai.
