The HRIT & AI Development Intern is responsible for supporting the Seagate Human Resources Information Technology team in strategic technology initiatives for Human Resources. This role involves integration development, web application development, and AI strategy and automation, contributing to the enhancement of the software development lifecycle.
Job Description
In this role, you will engage in day-to-day tasks that include incident resolution, AI research and development, and data integration. You will work in a collaborative environment with onsite amenities and no travel requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support integration development for HRIT initiatives.
- Assist in web application development projects.
- Conduct AI research and development activities.
- Resolve incidents related to HRIT systems.
- Enhance the software development lifecycle processes.

Job Requirements
Currently majoring in Artificial Intelligence (AI), Computer Science, Data Science, or a closely related field.
Experience in web application development is an advantage.
Proficient in Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) methodologies (e.g., Java, C#, Python).
Foundational knowledge of AI/ML concepts and principles (e.g., neural networks, natural language processing).
Proactive and forward-thinking attitude.
