The role requires close collaboration with the Business Development team to execute strategies that drive growth. The executive will work with Talent Acquisition, Branding, Production, and other teams to ensure smooth campaign execution and client satisfaction. Responsibilities include managing operational budgets, enforcing Standard Operating Procedures, developing marketing campaigns, overseeing talent onboarding and offboarding in the Southeast Asia market, and handling daily operations and business development tasks. The role also involves proactive problem-solving to maintain efficiency and teamwork.
Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Digital Marketing, or related fields.
Fresh graduates are strongly welcomed.
Fluency in English, Mandarin, and Bahasa Malaysia is required.
Strong understanding of social media platforms and influencer landscapes.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Strong leadership and team management abilities.
