The Influencer Marketing Specialist role involves connecting brands with influencers to achieve marketing goals. This position requires managing influencer campaigns, analyzing their effectiveness, and maintaining relationships within the influencer network.
The role involves sourcing, evaluating, and onboarding influencers across various tiers to align with brand goals and target audiences. The position includes planning and executing influencer campaigns, managing deliverables and timelines, and maintaining influencer databases and partnerships. The individual will collaborate with internal teams to coordinate media and influencer activities for campaigns, product launches, and events. They will also measure and analyze campaign effectiveness using key performance indicators and prepare post-campaign reports with insights for improvement.
Proven experience in media relations, influencer marketing, or PR.
Strong network of media contacts and influencer connections is an advantage.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organisational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Familiar with social media platforms, trends, and analytics tools.
Excellent in Excel and Power point presentation
