Intern – Lazada Express Malaysia

The Intern-General Merchandise-Motors & Others is responsible for supporting the Key Account Managers in identifying sales opportunities and cultivating seller relationships. This role involves collaborating across various departments to ensure sellers can effectively manage their businesses on the Lazada platform.

As an intern, you will engage in day-to-day activities that involve monitoring brand performance, supporting seller initiatives, and analyzing market trends. You will work in a dynamic environment that fosters growth and learning, allowing you to develop valuable skills in e-commerce.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage an assigned portfolio of brands and merchants on the Lazada platform.
• Formulate a commercial portfolio strategy, including range and pricing, to help key accounts achieve sales targets.
• Evaluate performance regularly to optimize product, pricing, and promotion decisions.
• Source and analyze new leads to expand the portfolio.
• Establish strong relationships with Lazada’s partners and support their activities on our platform.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure adequate support in supply chain, customer service, and marketing.
• Pitch promotional tools to help sellers increase customer traffic and sales.
