Intern – Astro

The Intern - Radio Content is responsible for assisting in the creation and scheduling of radio playlists. This role offers a vibrant and energetic work environment with opportunities for career advancement while embracing diversity and creativity.

In this role, the intern will engage in daily tasks that involve creating and organizing radio content, participating in brainstorming sessions, and supporting the content team. The position requires collaboration with various team members to ensure engaging and relevant content is produced.

Key Responsibilities:

• Produce ‘Trio Petang SINAR’ daily from Monday to Friday.
• Attend radio station events on weekends when needed.
• Lead brainstorming sessions with drive talents and the content manager to generate ideas.
• Plan and execute drive stunts weekly for ‘Trio Petang SINAR’.
• Stay up to date on current issues relating to the target audience.
• Ensure drive content (audio, pictures, videos) are available across all platforms including websites, social networking, podcasts, and mobile.
• Organise and roster relevant artists and/or personalities to be interviewed on the drive show.
• Schedule music and execute station format and strategies within guidelines.
• Prepare promo scripts and CSA scripts for announcers and artists.
