This role is focused on radio content, where the intern will help create and schedule playlists and engage in brainstorming sessions with the content team. The position requires supporting the team with editing and organizing content across various platforms. Job Requirements
Produce ‘Trio Petang SINAR’ daily from Monday to Friday.
Attend radio station events on weekends when needed.
Lead brainstorming sessions with drive talents and content manager to generate ideas.
Plan and execute drive stunts weekly for ‘Trio Petang SINAR’.
Stay up to date on current issues relating to the target audience.
Ensure drive content (audio, pictures, videos) are available across all platforms including websites, social networking, podcasts, and mobile.
Organise and roster relevant artists and/or personalities to be interviewed on the drive show.
Schedule music and execute station format and strategies within guidelines.
Prepare promo scripts and CSA scripts for announcers and artists.
