As an intern in the Company Secretarial Department, you will play a vital role in supporting the team with various administrative tasks. Your primary responsibility will be to assist in the preparation and submission of statutory documents to the Suruhanjaya Syarikat Malaysia (SSM). This will involve ensuring that all documents are accurate and submitted in a timely manner. Additionally, you will gain exposure to corporate governance practices and learn about compliance requirements, enhancing your understanding of the legal framework governing businesses in Malaysia.
Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Corporate Administration, Law, Accounting, or related fields
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in document preparation
Good organizational and time management skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Familiarity with corporate governance and compliance regulations is a plus
