Inventory Management Clerk – Max World Manufacturing Sdn Bhd

This role is focused on managing and maintaining inventory records to ensure accuracy and control. It involves conducting audits, managing shipments, analyzing demand trends, and generating inventory reports. The position requires experience in inventory or supply chain management and proficiency with relevant systems and software.

The role involves maintaining accurate records of inventory items, including quantity, price, and location. The person will manage inventory control procedures to ensure accuracy and reduce discrepancies, conduct regular audits and cycle counts, and investigate inventory variances. The role also includes managing the process of receiving and outgoing shipments, possibly participating in warehouse operations such as receiving, storing, and shipping inventory. Additionally, the role requires analyzing historical data and trends for demand forecasting and optimizing inventory levels and storage. Generating reports on inventory metrics and performing other duties as required by the Head of Department are also part of the responsibilities.
