As an IT Help Desk Technician, you will be responsible for providing technical support to end-users, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and ensuring timely resolution of IT-related problems. You will assist in maintaining IT equipment, managing user accounts, and documenting support activities. Your role will involve collaborating with other IT staff to enhance service delivery and improve user experience. Additionally, you will participate in training sessions to educate users on best practices and new technologies, ensuring a smooth operational environment.
Proven experience in IT support or help desk role
Strong knowledge of computer hardware and software
Familiarity with operating systems, particularly Windows and Mac
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Experience with ticketing systems and remote support tools
Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, ITIL) are a plus
