Job Description
The IT Technician plays a crucial role in the daily operations of IT support, providing assistance to users and managing network infrastructure. This position involves working closely with various teams to ensure seamless technology integration and support across multiple locations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide first and second-level IT support for hardware, software, and network issues.
- Manage and maintain LAN, Wi-Fi, routers, and VPN connectivity.
- Install, configure, and maintain end-user devices, servers, and software applications.
- Oversee IT asset management, including tracking and audits.
- Coordinate with vendors for IT setup and relocation at construction sites.
- Prepare IT reports and maintain documentation.
- Provide user training and support for technology solutions.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field.
Relevant IT certifications (e.g., CompTIA, Cisco).
Experience in IT support or network management.
Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
