Junior Purchasing Executive – Limitless Technology Sdn Bhd

This Junior Purchasing Executive role involves supporting the purchasing process for packaging, decorative items, and event supplies. The position requires liaising with local and international suppliers, tracking inventory and costs, and coordinating purchasing and logistics for warehouses in Malaysia and Singapore.

This role supports the end-to-end purchasing process for packaging materials, decorative items, and event supplies. The person will create and issue purchase orders, monitor deliveries, and ensure timely receipt of goods for warehouse operations. They will liaise with local and international suppliers for quotations, price negotiations, and product quality assurance. The role involves maintaining accurate inventory and cost tracking, sourcing new materials for campaigns and product development, and coordinating cross-border purchasing and logistics for Malaysia and Singapore warehouses. The job requires close collaboration with Operations, Creative, and Finance teams to align purchasing with project timelines and budgets, as well as preparing periodic reports and undertaking other ad-hoc duties assigned by the manager.
