Junior / Senior Product Designer – NABO furniture

The Junior / Senior Product Designer is responsible for leading product design and development for a furniture solutions company serving the HORECA industry. This role involves managing the entire product design process and collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure products meet high standards of beauty, quality, and practicality.

In this role, you will engage in day-to-day product design activities, working closely with founders, suppliers, and project teams in a dynamic environment. You will be instrumental in shaping product strategy and maintaining the company's design identity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the product design process from concept to completion.
• Collaborate with fabricators to ensure design feasibility.
• Develop and maintain the company's design identity.
• Liaise with project teams to align on product specifications.
• Conduct market research to inform product strategy.
• Ensure products meet standards of beauty, quality, and practicality.
• Guide and mentor junior designers or assistants as needed.
