
You will lead influencer and affiliate marketing efforts to boost brand awareness and sales. This includes identifying influencers, managing affiliate programs, and analyzing campaign metrics, while ensuring effective collaboration and budget management.
In this role, you will spearhead influencer and affiliate marketing strategies aimed at enhancing brand visibility and driving sales across various digital channels. Your responsibilities include identifying suitable influencers, managing affiliate programs, and analyzing campaign performance to ensure effectiveness. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create engaging content that resonates with target audiences, while also negotiating contracts and managing budgets to optimize marketing efforts.
Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business, Public Relations, or related field.
Minimum 1–3 years of experience in KOL, influencer, affiliate, PR, or digital marketing roles, preferably within beauty, lifestyle, fashion, retail, or e-commerce industries.
Strong understanding of influencer ecosystems and social media platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, and emerging digital channels.
Proven ability to identify and evaluate influencers based on audience quality, engagement rate, content relevance, and brand compatibility.
Experience managing affiliate programs and understanding affiliate marketing strategies, tracking systems, and commission structures is an added advantage.
Skilled in campaign coordination, contract negotiation, budget management, and performance tracking.
Familiar with analytics and influencer tools such as Meta Insights, TikTok Creator Marketplace, Google Analytics, HypeAuditor, Upfluence, or similar platforms.
