Kubernetes Engineer (Malaysia) – Insider Security

The Kubernetes Engineer is responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining highly available Kubernetes clusters for mission-critical applications. This role involves collaborating with software engineers and enhancing cloud-native platforms that support cybersecurity software products.

In this role, you will work in a dynamic environment focused on developing and maintaining Kubernetes clusters in both public cloud and on-premise infrastructure. You will engage in performance tuning, resource optimization, and troubleshooting to ensure the health of the clusters.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement highly available Kubernetes clusters.
• Maintain mission-critical applications in public cloud and on-premise infrastructure.
• Develop and enhance cloud-native platforms for cybersecurity products.
• Conduct performance tuning and resource optimization across Kubernetes workloads.
• Troubleshoot cluster and container runtime issues.
• Perform root cause analysis and implement long-term fixes.
• Collaborate with software engineers to containerize applications.
• Ensure smooth CI/CD workflows and implement monitoring solutions.
