
As a Kubernetes Engineer, you will be responsible for designing and maintaining Kubernetes clusters for critical applications. You will work closely with software engineers to enhance cloud-native platforms and ensure optimal performance and reliability.
Design, implement, and maintain highly available Kubernetes clusters for mission-critical applications in both public cloud and on-premise infrastructure. Develop and enhance cloud-native platforms that support cybersecurity software products. Conduct performance tuning, resource optimization, and cost analysis across Kubernetes workloads. Troubleshoot cluster and container runtime issues; perform root cause analysis and implement long-term fixes. Collaborate with software engineers to containerize applications and ensure smooth CI/CD workflows. Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting solutions for proactive cluster health management.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
2 to 7 years of professional software development and/or DevOps engineering experience.
Experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and Containerd.
Proficiency in at least one programming language (e.g., Python, Go, or C++).
Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and Kubernetes distributions.
Experience with infrastructure as code (Terraform, Helm).
Strong problem-solving skills and excellent communication skills.
Must be a Malaysian citizen or Permanent Resident.
