Job Description

The Lab Technician will perform engineering design services and support product development and commercialization efforts. Responsibilities include maintaining the work area and ensuring compliance with 6S and ESD standards, providing quality products and services to customers, and assisting in the assembly and reworking of rapid prototypes. The role requires a basic understanding of wiring, soldering, crimping, and assembly functions to build high-quality test systems according to engineering specifications.

Job Requirements

Associate’s Degree with 1 or more years of related experience preferred.

Basic computer skills and decision-making abilities.

Proficient in verbal and written communication.

Basic soldering skills and ability to work in a cross-functional team.

Familiarity with ESD control and general office equipment.
