Job Description
As a Lead Design Engineer, you will oversee a team of design engineers, guiding them in the creation of innovative products. Your role includes participating in first article and new product introduction activities, ensuring fixture designs meet project timelines and costs. You will collaborate with engineers and programmers to implement foolproof solutions and support project engineers in documentation handovers. Building strong relationships with customers and ensuring compliance with engineering principles and specifications are also key aspects of this position.
Job Requirements
Minimum 3 years in jig and fixture design and related industries.
Degree in Engineering (preferably in Mechanical & Manufacturing major).
Strong background in manufacturing and GD&T knowledge.
In-depth knowledge in 3D CAD software.
Budget and deadline aware.
Fluent verbal and written communication skills (English language required).
Passion for engineering and coming up with creative solutions.
