As a Legal Manager, you will work closely with project teams to address all legal aspects of construction projects in a dynamic environment. Your expertise will be crucial in navigating complex legal frameworks and ensuring that the company operates within the law.
Key Responsibilities:

Job Requirements
LL.B and Admission to the Malaysian Bar or other Commonwealth jurisdictions.
At least 5 years of legal experience in a top-tier law firm and in-house legal department.
Strong focus on oil & gas contracts and legal advisory work.
In-depth knowledge of construction law and compliance requirements.
Experience in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial contracts.
